Recruitment Procedure:
Study and understand the client's actual requirement. Search for candidates through various channels like our data bank, newspaper advertisements and our networks.
Based on customer’s requirements we will short list the candidates.
Our Team will conduct the preliminary interview with the shortlisted candidates.
Selected candidates will attend the final interview with the client in the appropriate place.
Contract briefing and signing of contract those selected.
After signing the contract the selected candidates will undergo for a medical check-up with our appointed doctor.
Arrangements for visa and air ticket for departure will be done by our personal.
The total recruitment exercise will take place about 2-3 weeks.
We conduct orientation classes to the candidates before their departure and counselling service whenever required on the contract period



Selection Option:
The entire selection procedure is left to HI-TECHLINK
In case the principle, if employer wishes to carry out the selection through their team of experts, we welcome the client’s team to visit India. We arrange for their stay and extend all our assistance to carry out the selection.
All necessary amenities required for trade test and interview will be provided by HI-TECHLINK

Orientation:
We follow up the selected candidates for completion of all pre-departure formalities, so that they can proceed to work promptly. Their medical check-up, processing of their travel documents, immigration formalities and air tickets are taken care by our team. We give proper orientation about rules & regulations, dos and donts laws in Singapore before the candidate’s departure. We keep contact with our client even later to get feed back about the service rendered by us to our valuable clients to improve our system for continuous improvement and for better service.
